Saint Germain en Laye Forest

Saint Germain en Laye Forest

20km from the centre of Paris, an easy and flat forest with large trails, ideal for sunday familly stroll. The main alleys next to the cities can get quite packed on sunny sunday afternoons.
This forest was part of the royal domain where kings used to hunt before they move to Versailles.

Getting there

20km from the centre of Paris.
The forest is surrended by the cities of Maisons-Laffitte, Poissy or St Germain en Laye. You will find parkings spaces on most of the roads crossing the forest.
By public transports, you can take your bike on the RER A which calls at all of the above cities.
